Return Period
You have 90 days from the date of receipt to return the product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please email us at support@pressurewise.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Shipping: Carefully package the product and ship it to the address provided.
Refund
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product, please follow the same process as for a return, and indicate that you would like to make an exchange.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
